The 2025 show will be held on 14th and 15th February

SUPPORT OUR SHOW & BECOME A MEMBER!

We encourage the community to become members to help support our Show.

Life membership is awarded on merit or service.

Annual membership is $10.00 per person.

This includes your Show Book, entry to the Show and all financial member’s children accompanied by a member get into the Show for free. This applies for children under of age of 16 years.

Junior membership (children under 18 years) is $3.00 per person.

If you are interested in becoming a member please print a membership form at home and return to us by scanning and emailing to info@gulgongshow.org.au or you can post a hardcopy to PO Box 294 Gulgong NSW 2852.

​Payment can be direct deposited as per the details on the form use your name as a reference. Alternatively a cheque can be posted.

​Senior Pensioner Membership is $6.00 per person.

123TIX PRICES

All tickets for the 2025 Show will need to be purchased via an online ticketing system.

This will incur additional fees. There is a fee per ticket purchase so if your family purchases 5 tickets they will incur an additional charge x 5.

We encourage everyone to become a member to avoid these fees. Bonus for those with young families, not only do you save on the online purchase fees, your children 18 and under who accompany you to the Show get in for free! Your family also gets a free Show book.

​Membership is available to be purchased now!

For new members, just complete the membership application form and follow the directions on the form.

Members renewing their membership – you just need to pay your membership prior to Show day. Payment details are on our application form for your reference there is no need to fill out a new form unless your contact details have changed.

ALL 123TIX WILL INCUR A BOOKING FEE – SAVE MONEY BUY A MEMBERSHIP TODAY!

All exhibitors and competitors entering ring events and competitions
will be charged to enter the show grounds on Show day (SATURDAY).

9:00pm Poultry, Sheep & Goat entry numbers to Stewards

TUESDAY 11th

9:00pm Horse entries close on Nominate

WEDNESDAY 12th Wood chop closes

4:00pm Photography entries closes (entry form page 162)

9:00pm Aviary bird entries close to Steward

FRIDAY 14th

10:00am All pavilion entries close

6:00pm Young Show Ambassadors announced under covered BBQ Area. Open to the Public.

7:00pm Home Brew Judging in the Bar – Open to Public over 18 years

SATURDAY 15th

6:00am Secretary’s Office Opens

7:00am BBQ opens

8:00am All HORSE events commence

8:30am Poultry & Sheep judging commences

9:00am Courtesy Bus Commences (Hail and Ride)

No Coats ring commences

9.30am Aviary birds judging commences

10:00am Opening of Show – including Welcome to Country

Dairy Goat judging commences

Dining Room Opens— air conditioned for your comfort

11:00am Wood Chop commences

12:00pm Main Bar Opens

2:30pm Whip Cracking Competition (pending Wood Chop finishing)

3:30pm Pet Show Commences

Bettergrow Young Farmers Challenge (pending Horse Rings finish)

4:30pm Rodeo Bar Opens

5:00pm EASTEND BUS SERVICE& BALLIMORE WELDING Rodeo Commences—with Moo Music Show day raffle drawn

5:00pm Secretary’s Office CLOSES

5:30pm Courtesy Bus last ride (Finishes 6:00pm)

7:00pm Main Pavilion Closes—entries to be collected

7:30pm Rodeo Bar CLOSES (Main bar will be open until 10.30pm)

8:30pm Fireworks Display (weather permitting)

10:30pm Main Bar Closes
