Meetings
Gulgong Show Society Inc usually meets every 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30pm.
Meetings are held at the Gulgong Showground Dining Room.
New members and members of the community are always welcome to attend meetings.
If you wish to speak at the meeting please email or ring Rose to register your intention to speak by 5pm on the Sunday prior to the meeting. This helps us plan our agenda. It would be appreciated if all speakers limit their discussion to a maximum of ten minutes. Contact Rose by emailing info@gulgongshow.org.au or call 0497 742 689.

We encourage the community to become members to help support our Show.
Our membership drive for the 2025 Show has commenced. Feel free to contact us for more information!
Life membership is awarded on merit or service.
Adult annual membership is
$10.00 per person.
This includes your Show Book, entry to the Show and all financial member’s children accompanied by a member get into the Show for free. This applies for children under of age of 18 years.
Junior membership (children under 18 years)
is $3.00 per person.
Senior membership is $6.00 per person.
If you are interested in becoming a member please print a membership form at home and return to us by scanning and emailing to info@gulgongshow.org.au. Alternatively you can post to PO Box 294 Gulgong NSW 2852.
Payment can be direct deposited as per the details on the form use your name as a reference. Alternatively a cheque can be posted.
Membership forms are also available at our IGA community stalls or you can arrange collection from Rose or Louise.
Volunteers
Volunteers are always needed to help with the preparation in the lead up to the Show and also on Show day.
